Interim Vice President, Human Resources
Our client is a service organization with a proud history of over 50 years. Their services are critical to the well-being of its members. We are currently seeking an Interim Vice President, Human Resources to lead the function. We are seeking a strategic individual who will lead a strong team through the process of bringing consistency to Human Resources Management practices and align the with the business functions.
The Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for the development of Human Resources strategy and participating in the organizational strategic planning process. They will lead a diverse team of HR professionals in developing annual Human Resources plans and directly managing human resources activities that enable the organization to attract, develop and retain the professionals needed to deliver on its mission. The VP, Human Resources will be responsible for the development of unified policies and procedures, delivery of recruitment, development, retention, total rewards, HR technology and employee support to ensure that the business delivers on its promise of operational excellence.
