Director, Employee Relations
Our client is a service organization with a proud history of over 50 years. Their services are critical to the well-being of its members. We are currently seeking a Director, Employee Relations to establish the newly-formed Employee Relations (“ER”) function. We are seeking a strategic individual who will design all ER processes and work with the HR Business Partners to roll out the program.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, the Director will be a trusted advocate for employees, ensuring that employee concerns are addressed and managed. They will ensure consistency and accountability in the application of employment policies and practices, resolving employee concerns and will lead the business through specific incidents. They will work with the Employee Culture Council to ensure that the collective voices of employees are heard by management. They will keep up-to-date on employee relations issues to ensure that the organization is fulfilling its obligations as an employer.
