Farber Executive Search is a successful and growing business unit within the Farber Group. The search practice was launched in March 2015 to complement our other lines of business, supporting clients with both Interim and Permanent recruitment at the senior leadership and executive levels. We are not a traditional recruiting firm. We are a business advisory firm with an understanding that people are not commodities and relationships matter. Our team has established themselves as subject matter experts in the market, providing exceptional service and solutions to both clients and candidates.

Our unique approach has enabled our business to grow quickly and successfully. We are hiring a new recruiter/researcher to join our experienced team. This role involves working closely with Senior Search Consultants sourcing and screening talent to support current and future searches. You will receive comprehensive training and develop your skills in research, interviewing, relationship building and business in general. In order to be successful, you are a strong communicator with a sales mindset and a collaborative, customer-centric personality. The opportunity provides career development opportunities into a client-facing role, expanding long term into business development.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Undergrad Bachelors Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing or similar
  • Ideally 1-3 years recruitment/resourcing experience preferred
  • Work term or summer experience in a customer focused role; including sales, call centre or business development will be considered
  • Any knowledge of Accounting/Finance, Operations or Financial Services an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Team oriented, collaborative , with a sense of urgency and delivery
  • Career driven, looking for a long term opportunity
