Interim Human Resources Manager
Our client is a well established and rapidly growing technology company in downtown Toronto. Their product enables a major sector of professionals to do their job effectively and efficiently.
They currently are in need of an experienced HR Manager to lead a major talent acquisition initiative, in addition to all other HR responsibilities. The role will start as a six-month contract, with good potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role.
The key objective during the initial term will be leading the successful recruitment of approximately 25-30 IT professionals (programmers, software architects, etc.) over a six month period. Other responsibilities will include leading a team of 3-4 HR professionals in all HR and recruitment activities for the business, and providing overall direction to all HR related matters including: Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, HR policies and practices, employee relations issues, employee communications, health & safety activities, and compliance with all federal and provincial workplace regulations.
