To support this growth and continue their exceptional journey, they are hiring a Senior Marketing Manager. Reporting to the CMO, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that attract the attention of B2B influencers, buyers, and other stakeholders to acquire, engage and deliver meaningful experiences in their target markets.


As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will create and execute marketing campaigns and programs, partner with external agencies, and deliver on the objective to help win and grow key market segments. Liaising with stakeholders to develop thought leadership and content that provides value and resonates with their customer base while also using insights and research to come up with innovative and creative ways to engage and create awareness within their B2B target markets will be a key responsibility. This role will also implement and build out the marketing tech stack, measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and channels, as well as manage budgets and vendors. Working collaboratively cross functionally to inform your approach as well as fostering the Thornhill Medical culture of curiosity, innovation, teamwork, and lifelong learning will take you a long way. This is a hands-on role, providing significant impact and value-add to the organization.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Undergraduate degree ideally in business or marketing
  • Progressive experience within marketing, with a proven and successful track record leading the delivery of marketing campaigns and programs
  • Ideal experience from a small to mid-sized high growth organization undergoing change
  • Deep hands-on expertise across all areas of marketing, with an ability to lead and build integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Industry experience from related industries: MedTech, medical devices, healthcare, or technology sectors preferred
  • Experience marketing to B2B customers required, Military or government experience is an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, relationship building skills required, coupled with the ability to inspire, and build confidence in others cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage change, work with ambiguity, and manage competing priorities
