We currently have a specific focus on expanding our interim & fractional practice – focused on providing senior and experienced leaders for projects, back-fills, or on-going part-time roles.  These extend across the general management, finance, human resources, operations, and sales & marketing functions.

This is an opportunity for dynamic, motivated and career oriented, well-connected professionals to have an influential role in building our business. Experience from a retained search firm, an interim management recruitment team or from an industry role (particularly CPAs) will be considered, coupled with the skills and expertise listed below:
 
  • Strong networking skills and/or business development experience, with a mindset of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Candidates who bring previous recruitment experience should be able to demonstrate a solid track record in sales pipeline creation and in securing profitable new business.
  • Self-driven, capable of juggling multiple priorities, results oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a consultative approach with an ability to influence and build meaningful relationships.
  • Proactive self-starter with excellent time management skills and able to prioritize and juggle multiple engagements.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented approach with an innovative and agile mindset.
