In This Role, You Will:
- Oversee key treasury functions including liquidity, capital, market, and credit risk
- Support foreign exchange and cash movement and investment activities
- Monitor funding needs and manage relationships with banking partners
- Assist with regulatory and committee reporting (ALM, Credit, Investment)
- Ensure adherence to treasury policies and risk frameworks
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and support examinations
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of treasury experience in a financial institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional accounting designation (e.g., CA, ACCA)
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is an asset
- Knowledge of Canadian and international banking operations, FX, and regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to learning AI-driven tools
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
