Our client, Fengate Asset Management, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead their expansion into the financial intermediary and private wealth channel. As Head of Private Wealth Distribution, you will play a critical leadership role in broadening Fengate’s investor base and enhancing their distribution of private market products to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and wealth platforms across North America.

What You’ll Do:
  • Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Fengate’s private market offerings within the financial intermediary channel (including bank and independent dealers, family offices, and UHNW investors).
  • Develop and deepen relationships with senior executives, investment advisors, consultants, and product gatekeepers.
  • Drive brand awareness and market presence across North America.
  • Deliver compelling product knowledge presentations and training sessions to allocators and advisors.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and client needs to inform product strategy and positioning.

What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in capital raising or distribution within financial services, ideally with alternative investments.
  • Proven success building distribution networks and achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of private markets and experience with broker-dealer agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; able to influence at all levels.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, low-ego, and collaborative environment.
  •  Willingness to travel across North America as needed.
