Our client is an industry leading agency who have grown through their reputation of providing the best campaigns that are trusted and effective.  Due to this growth, they are looking to hire a VP Client Services to report into the Managing Director.  Based in Toronto, you will establish and maintain professional relationships with key decision makers of new, potential and existing clients to achieve their campaign objectives as well as identifying new opportunities. You will oversee the implementation of integrated campaigns for assigned clients, while analysing sales trends and performance across all channels (i.e. Direct Mail, Email, SMS, Digital and Telemarketing) to make sure things are on point.  You will need to gain a thorough understanding of all the objectives for each client and their campaigns and become an expert at both our clients’ internal processes and each of their client’s business processes, environments, constraints and opportunities.  Providing each operational department whether it be data, creative, call centre operations, digital or process engineering as well as external suppliers all of the items and instructions they require to execute each campaign is key for success.
 
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
 
  • Experience within client account management and project management within an agency environment
  • Knowledge of the right of centre political landscape i.e. good understanding of the Conservative Party or Riding Associations or Government Relations or Elections Canada
  • Experience including new client onboarding, critical path development and oversight, KPI reporting and presentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and experience using it for data manipulation, analytics and reporting.
  • Success in development and delivery of client campaign strategy.
  • Amazing communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • A proven track record of excellence, achieving targets/objectives set for you.
  • A ‘self-starter’ attitude with an ability to motivate yourself to work independently and achieve results. 
  • A willingness to both manage processes as well as roll up your sleeves and do the work.
