Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The Financial Planning & Analysis team has become a vital resource to the senior leadership team in reviewing and analyzing results and assisting with forward looking projections and analysis. With growing business initiatives and increasing demand for business decision support, the team is adding a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis. Reporting to either the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis or VP of Financial Planning & Analysis (TBD), this is a high-profile and pivotal role.  You will provide timely, accurate and insightful financial information and analysis for quarterly board reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in performance measurement, bench-marking, budgeting and forecasting.  Utilizing your strong financial modeling skills, you will report on trends and perform in-depth scenario analysis.  Use your knowledge of best practices to collaborate with colleagues to develop exemplary methodology and improve process & procedures.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar FP&A function within a large, complex, global  organization.   You will have 5-10 years’ experience, ideally having recently progressed to Manager level and ready for a new challenge with a dynamic organization.  As a Designated Accountant and/or MBA, you will have developed confidence in your business/strategic acumen, allowing you to comfortably engage with senior leadership. You are accomplished at interpreting the story behind the numbers and using it for decision support.  Using your strong technology competence, you effectively use data-driven insight.  As a proven idea-generator and proactive analytical thinker, your strong communication skills, along with leadership capabilities will be essential to success in this role.
