Recruiter/Search Consultant

We have a unique platform complementing our other lines of advisory services, supporting clients with both Interim and Permanent recruitment at the senior leadership and executive levels. We are not a traditional recruiting firm. We are a business advisory firm with an understanding that people are not commodities and relationships matter. Our team has established themselves as subject matter experts in the market, providing high touch service to both clients and candidates.

Our unique approach has enabled our business to grow quickly and successfully. We are adding to the team and hiring a new Recruiter or Search Consultant to join our experienced team. This role involves working closely with Search Directors sourcing and screening talent to support current and future searches. You will receive comprehensive training and develop your skills in research, interviewing, relationship building and business in general. In order to be successful, you are a strong communicator with a business development mindset and a collaborative, customer centric personality. The opportunity provides development into a client-facing role, directly interacting with clients either in the short or medium term, depending on your experience.

In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
  • Undergrad Bachelors Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing or similar
  • Ideally possess 2-5 years customer focused experience; including recruitment, sales/business development
  • Any experience with or knowledge of Accounting/Finance, Financial Services, Operations or HR an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Team oriented, collaborative , with a sense of urgency and delivery
  • Career driven, looking for a long term opportunity
